How to Connect Your AI to iri CRM

1. Paste the URL

Add a new connector or MCP server in your AI tool and paste the URL below. The steps for each tool are further down.

2. Sign in and approve

Sign in with your account on the iri CRM screen that opens and choose what to allow. Switch off anything you do not want.

3. Run it from chat

Just type "list today's new leads" or "send Ayşe an appointment reminder".

Setup for the AI Tool You Use

In ChatGPT go to Settings > Apps & Connectors, create a new connector named "iri CRM", paste this URL and choose OAuth for authentication. Depending on your plan you may first need to turn on developer mode under Advanced settings.

You Decide What the AI Can Do

Your password stays private

The connection uses OAuth 2.1. The AI never sees your password or API key.

Pick permissions one by one

Each of the 44 permissions has its own switch. For example allow WhatsApp messages but not broadcast campaigns.

Only your own data

The AI works as you: it cannot see what your role cannot see, and it cannot reach other businesses' data.

Workflow edits are saved switched off

A workflow the AI creates or edits is saved switched off for you to review and enable. There is no tool that deletes records.

Remove it any time

Remove the connection from the MCP section of your dashboard and access ends immediately.

MCP is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to outside systems. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot and Cursor all support it, so whichever AI you use can read from and act in iri CRM within the limits you allow.
Every tool that supports remote MCP servers: ChatGPT, Claude (web, desktop, mobile), Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot in VS Code and Cursor. They all use the same URL. For tools without remote connections there is a local setup with an API key.
Not when you connect with the URL. Sign-in and approval use OAuth, so your password or key is never shared with the AI. An API key is only needed for the local (npx) setup and REST API integrations.
With 44 tools it can create and update leads, send WhatsApp, email and Instagram messages, book appointments and follow-ups, pull revenue and Google Ads reports, and edit workflows and the AI sales bot's settings. You choose which of these to allow when you connect.
When connecting you can switch off the messaging permissions or allow only specific tools. ChatGPT and Claude usually ask for your confirmation before taking an action. If you have several WhatsApp lines, the AI asks which one to use and only sends from lines you are allowed to use. Edits to workflows are saved switched off and do not run until you enable them.
Remove it from the Connected apps list in the MCP section of your iri CRM dashboard; access ends immediately. To change permissions, remove the connection and connect again.
